The year is 2081, only a few short years after the Lone wanderer of Vault 101 had cleared the lands of America of polluted toxic and irradiated water, Tragedy struck in Pennsylvania, The small city of Williamsport was soon discovered to be one of the most irradiated places, Babies born without limbs, some born without a gender, some born with no eyes.. This once wonderful city teeming with people, and life, and so this city was plunged into a hellish abyss.
