How he died: Dærrelkein was murdered in a fight
Desires: fire, messing with people and freaking them out, gold, dressing nicely, his love
Despises: being stuck in a sword, crowds, people picking on his angel and not being able to be with her
Biography: Dærrelkein was actually born in Ireland during the Rennaissance, and had moved to the mainland in his early teen years to find his German father and get more of an education than his Gaelic mother could pay for. The ship he was on got attacked by pirates, and they took him aboard. First a slave, he eventually won over the first mate by being charming and helpful, then was allowed to be cabin boy. Basically, he still worked hard, but he didn't get abused as much and got to eat more. Then he took over as the cook when the man died from an infection, and was a sort of home-remedy doctor with plants he'd get...or they'd steal, depending on the cargo of ships they took...from time to time. Dying when he was 21 after almost ten years as a pirate, thief and assassin, Dærrelkein went straight to Hell.
There, his heart hardened even more, until he was no longer just uncaring or spiteful but now was actually cruel and enjoyed being above others. He became a sort of favorite of Persephone, often singing or playing music for her, oddly sweet and joyful for the bitter man he was. Losing an arm to Cerberus in a fight to amuse Hades, Dærrelkein used black magic to put it back on, warping the limb until it was so hideous he just always wears the armor in the pic over a black glove. He also lost his right eye as payment for power over Hellfire and demons, and became one of the strongest demons to collect souls and avenge Hades against his enemies.
Then news in Hell stirred demons' interest, rumors of a new Fallen angel. They hadn't had one for many centuries, and this one HAD been an elementalist...a rarity. Dærrelkein was interested by this delicate-seeming creature, and set out to taunt and destroy her as he had so many other demons and so had gained power and control over them. But she surprised him with a fierce anger and attitude to match his own fiery moods, and was the only being he had come across that he'd seen as below him that would actually stand and hold her own against Dærrelkein. He fell in love, something mysterious about her and her constant rebellion against obeying Hades or even Persephone attracting him. Eventually her learned her story, and while he didn't get the morals behind it, the sort of subtle hypocrisy amused and further intrigued the reaper. He spent more and more time with her and where she often went to be alone, and proclaimed his love. This infuriated Hades, to the point where he sealed Dærrelkein into his old sword, locking its shape and torturing the both of them with being so close...and unable to be together.

Other Information: can control fire and air (and their sub elements) as well as detect tainted/"evil" souls - gives him energy to manifest but only when his love is unconscious ; likes shiny/valuable things, can speak different languages and summor/control weaker demons from Hell

Lol)

Name: Rikaku
Age: 17

Personality: Kind, Shy, Caring, Cautious.
Desires: To be as brave as his father
Despises: Dishonesty
Biography: His life was of a natural origin in a fairly rich background where his mother teached at a boarding school and his dad was a soldier. He knew that his parents loved him but they were never around so he grew up lonely. His happiest moments were summers when his farther would be back with his mother and a happy family was reality but every time they left he would be treated by his aunt who was always mean to him so he was easily scared into everything as a child.
His life went from bad to worse when his farther was reported killed in action in a war and his mother went into a stage of depression and loneliness, getting fired at her job she worked for anything while Rikaku could never see her due to her 'Unstable' lifestyle as called by his Aunt. When he was 13 his mother was murdered by a gang who paid her for services and then refused to. His aunt only responded with more hate to Rikaku telling him it was his fault.
Then once he turned 16 he ran away moving from abandoned place to abandoned place to find his new home and only a few days ago decided to move to the abandoned mansion to run away from everyone.
Pet: Has an abandened dog who he found a few months ago on the streets and has nurtured it since.
