You're right Hiroshi (Hiro), Takao's brother gave him that cap a long time ago when they were young. Poor Takao.

Because, my dears, it is like, teh all amazing hair wrap of DOOM. Doom I tell you! Because Rei's got an awful lot of hair, and how that one long, thin strip of white linen can hold it all in without busting is an amazing feat in itself. Boggles the mind.

Could a baseball cap possibly keep all of Rei's gorgeous locks in check without ripping to shreds? I don't think so people.
