I thought it would be like the Dollars website too~ Too bad, though. Oh well. At least its still pretty cool.

Man, if only I knew kanji! As far as the chat goes, there's actually a messaging program that looks like the chat room. (Though I think it's only for MAC computers.)

I found a different Dollars website and looks exactly almost like it but it's in Chinese. Durarara Website
