Wow. They are going to make a Marmaduke movie? Interesting. I might watch it when it comes out on TV when I have nothing better to do. xD I wouldn't pay to watch it in the theaters, unless there was no other movies showing that I was interested at the moment or if I was with small kids.
That dog does look like Marmaduke, though.

I saw the trailer for Marmaduke, and I gotta say that Cats vs Dogs looked more interesting >.< Never seen the comic stips tho

I watched Marmaduke and it was a really cute fun movie to watch and my fiancee is familiar with the comic stripe and like the movie a lot. ^_^

I must admit that I have never been real fond of talking animal movies--I generally don't like the humor and I don't think the animals in their talking form look right (too cartoonish and exaggerated). Of course I have never read the comic, so I might have a different perspective on the film.
