Amara sits and waits for her Father to arrive. She came early from her dorm because she wanted to go for a nice fly in blue bird form. It had been an hour since she had landed in a darkend ally and changed back into her human form, her father still hadn't arrived. Where is He she wondered to herself. She wasn't the kind of vegitarian that didn't drink milk or use honey or anything like that, shee just didn't eat any meat. She sat there in the corner of the coffee shop and stared out the vast windows looking for her father while finishing off her Venti Carmel
Macchiato, still the iced treat did not take her mind off her father's absence.

Zayne entered the Starbucks door and looked around "Kinda empty", he thought to himself. He walked to the counter and ordered a double espresso, feeling that he needed the little boost.

As he sips his coffee Zayne surveys the room. Theres not many people here except for the staff and a sad looking girl in a spiff school uniform. She looks like she's waiting for someone, and she smells like a half-breed to him. He doesn't know if he should bother to pester her, looks like she's already had a crappy day

Amara gave a sigh, her father was already an hour and a half late, she knew he probablly forgot all about their plans. She rarely got to see her father anymore out of class. Well I guess I should be heading back to the Dorms she thought to herself and pried her eyes from the window. Thats when she noticed a young man starring at her. He was a full-fledged demon, which made her a bit nervous. From personal experience she had learned that pure-bloods, of any Race, usually looked down upon mixed-blood Children, Half-bloods they called them, and Amara had been called that and Much worse in her lifetime, It wasn't her fault that her blood was mixed, and it annoyed her that people thought that way. She wanted to leave the coffee shop before any conflict arose between her and the demon.

Zayne finished his coffee, flashed the cashier girl a smile, and walked out of the coffee house.

Amara left the Coffee shop a little after the demon did, She walked for a while then finally shifted into a golden hawk and flew back to the Academy, and into the Library through an open Window.
