I'm in Texas, around the central panhandle area, and yes, I live in pretty much a small "hick" town of backwards idiots who I'm sure would love to burn me at the stake, if my sexual orientation was made public. And I'm very thankful for that thing called a padlock on my closet door.

Not all places in Texas are like that, and not all people here I'm sure are that bad, but I was raised in a pretty much homophobic family... and guess what guys.... I'm (half) gay. LOL I consider myself to be pansexual, but it would still be out of the norm for the area, right here in the middle of the bible belt area.

Just moved to Texas about...six or so months ago.
Still having issues around here.
Not many people relate to me, I guess.

I'm sorry that it's been rough for you Kittles. As a Texan, I wish I could say that it's a warm and welcoming state, but in a lot of places around here, if you don't fit the norm, it's a bit harder to live. I've lived here my entire life, and at times I feel like there's not many people here to relate to.

Yeah. Me neither. LOL, I've always been the odd one out, especially in my own family, but it's cool. I find people I can relate to more online than I do in RL, as sad as that may seem, I'm a bit happier with it that way. I'm sort of an anti-social in RL anyways. XD
