He cares for his team and takes pride in never having lost an agent. Dodds likes to build things out of wood in his basement. Like Jamie he also has a set of rules, but if these rules are not followed, you will receive a slap to the back of the head.
Bio: Not much is known about Dodds past except what he has told his colleagues. He came from a small town in Maine. Dodds is a a former Marine Gunnery Sergeant, is now a special agent for NCIS. He is an experienced criminal investigator and a highly skilled interrogator. A born leader whose unorthodox approaches and willingness to bend the rules always gets the job done. He has been married several times after the death of his first wife. He has traveled a lot and has been with NCIS for a long time.
