Bio: Maggie grew up in Bethesda, Maryland and on the Naval Base in Alameda, California, as her father was a naval officer. She received a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in Computer Forensics from MIT. She grew up in a naval officer’s home so it is no surprise that she joins NCIS and recently got transferred to NCIS field office in Norfolk, Virginia. She met Dodds once when his case collided with one she was involved with.
