Asalaamu Alaikum (Peace be upon you)! I'm do not know much Arabic admittedly, but I can try to help you out a little. Shukran is the correct spelling for thank you. Alhamdulillah (orginally Al hamdul illah) means thanks be to God. Insha'Allah means God willing. Subhann'Allah means glory be to God. Those are some very common things Muslims may say. I hope that helped a little.
