True Love, with love, and love flowers and enjoys them..ect., I think they're wrong but I don't know them.

It's already been said that "I love you" can be simply 愛してる。あなたを愛してる sounds kind of... unnatural. In general the Japanese don't use this phrase very often, they rather use 大好き。
愛を込める means "to convey love", but I guess it could be also something like the English "With love, insertnamehere".
As for 真実の愛, I think that 本当の愛 would sound better.
Cassandra Reign already pointed out some more things so I won't repeat that.

I　Know it says patents but I thought you meant patients lol.
Pharmaceuticals is the same as medicine actually, so it's 薬 (くすり).
But I don't get why you can't say it as 医薬品...
医薬品 is medical supplies so it's the same thing...right? D:

I also think 医学 is more for medical studies than medicine
and メディシン or 医 is medicine smile
