Hello fellow members of Orb! I am glad to say that the Orb Union has recontucted the space colony "Heliopolis"! We are proud that the Orb Union can step another step into Victory!
Heliopolis a once proud Space nation of the Orb Union which had to be destroyed by Z.A.F.T. but I come to you to tell you that we have come this far to be bringing our nation a step farther then when we were once were.Heliopolis! Will rise again and show pride in being nuetral from conflict!Heliopolis will rise again starting now!
