I remember the series from when it first started! Ash was a lot better in that one, James was both handsome and smart-ish, Misty was kick @$$, and Brock was darker skinned. To be honest, I thought he was black, and I was like "OMG an anime that actually has a black person in it!", but then I found out otherwise. He's still black to me and really awsome with his closed eyes, but I DO have to wonder.... How can he see anything?

I watched it when I was a kid now I play the games more and LOVE them ^ ^ Pikachu!! heart

I think the first two seasons were good. But how come it's a shoujo-anime? I think it's for boys, so it's SHONEN!

I love Pokemon! Going on...13 years now since I discovered it. My favorite games are Yellow, and Sapphire. (HeartGold, which I haven't played much of since I still need to finish Platinum...is quickly getting to be a lot of fun.)

Favorite: Dewgong. Of course I'll always have a soft spot for Pikachu. -pats her Pokemon Pikachu 2-

Favorite Legendary: Celebi. (Pokemon 4-ever is the beeeessstttt)

Ah that brings back the memories- I loved the earlier gen pokemon; they looked so awesome and cute. The recent ones look so much weirder to me...

I have oodles of cards. Nigh on 2 big binders filled and a little book that is overstuffed. My first collection, that Articuno was my pride and joy!

ah my first anime (not that i knew what that was sweatdrop ) pokemon is my childhood!! the games, the cards, the show xd the first season is my favorite of coarse 3nodding misty forever!!!!!
