arthritis spells?

does anyone know a spell to help with arthritis?

Spell specifically, no. Other remedies, yes. Copper and/or magnetic jelwery work very well, and ginger.

drink ginger tea. It warms you up, and helps circulation to your joints. I have traumatic arthritis, and it does help. Also, try massages with peppermint oil. I don't really use spells, but my healing doesn't work on me, so I had to find other ways of fixing it.
