So What can we do to increase activity and guild recruitment

I've added the banner to my signature, but what else can we do aside from adding the banner to our signatures.

Any ideas?

Seems that this is going to crash >< Oh well, tis sad but nothing can really be done I suppose. Not along this possibility at least.
