Queen Lumi Plot!  Info about your soquili: Ini-Herit wants to be like he feels he should be, more in touch with nature and peaceful, a pure-blooded kirin. Instead he's very much aware of the fact that there is kalona blood in his veins and believes that it 'taints' him. He'll find amusement in things he doesn't want to, like a small animal suffering. He can't remain in the presence of another kirin for long, feeling inadequate compared to them, their being there makes his flaws seem all the more vivid in his eye. Interested in eventual breeding with Queen Lumi and/or Lurielle?: Possibly but it isn't my main goal. :3 (Ini's not a month old yet, after all, so there is definitely no hurry for me to think on breedings xD) Ideas/Anything else you want to say?: Gloomy boy's been prodding me with his own plotting ideas and such, and I've read over your plot thread a few times now and the story looks very interesting. Ini himself certainly isn't the hero type, but he'd likely fall for those promises easily enough.

I can see Rokhan being drawn to the seclusion and terrible beauty of Lumi's icy world, even falling hard for it and her, and being strangely O.K. with all of it for a good amount of time. Maybe until he stumbles upon Lurielle. I was thinking that perhaps we could work it out that seeing her frozen there sparks a warm memory of Sumi and starts a conflict within him. Rokhan is definitely the type that upon realising what's going on would fight inwardly between staying loyal to the Ice Spirit he feels he's in love with and doing what he knows would make his real true love proud of him. And he would definitely be conflicted about it for awhile.
This would most likely be something that messes him up for a -really- long time.
I think a breeding between him and Lumi would be more "realistic" as she'll have him snared for a long time, and he'd be honored(more than honored) that a spirit would choose him to create mortal children with. This could even be something that happens way before he even finds Lurielle and the climax of the plot really hits. Children with Lumi would just make everything that much more confusing for him...
Ultimately, though- Rokhan would choose saving, or helping to save, Lurielle and then escaping. He's one to get caught up in all that I described, but ultimately he's too noble and kind hearted to just live blindly with what Lumi is doing.

So sorry on the slow response recently - I'm realizing that this is going to be a very tough decision - and I really like all of these canidates ^^;
Give me a day or three to think it over and I promise I'll post my decision XD;
I really like all three of these candidates, Ini-Herit, Pip and Rokhan.

Queen Lumi Plot! Info about your soquili:He is still pretty blank as far as character definition and plots go. I never really got into anything specific with his father whom i own. However, his mother is a druid. Him and his sister were taught to respect the earth the moment they popped from their baskets. I'm very interested in possibly a group rp situation. He hears a rumor about the queen who has live prisoners for a collection. Not believing anyone would do that;he seeks to go there and find out if the rumor is true for himself. When he finds that is in fact the case, he is seized by an irresistable impulse to set them all free. He could attempt to do it, but he's found by Lumi. I'm really open to what results from that. That is why I think it'd make more sense if he went with one or two other soquili. Seems like that wouldn't really happen on his own. Also, he isn't an especially established warrior yet either. As a druid in the making, he is still learning. There are some things he still lacks. Interested in eventual breeding with Queen Lumi and/or Lurielle?:Lurielle. But, I understand if he doesn't have enough edits to be worthy of her. But, seems like it could have promise. Ideas/Anything else you want to say?: Story wise, he'd be sort of ... like an anti hero i suppose. basically, it would be a story of curiosity that caught a soquili with his hoof in the candy jar sort of to speak. also, i notice that you seemed to have been working on making decisions on her also. sorry if this is too late.

Okay! *rubs hands together* I've been procrastinating making this decision long enough. But in my defense, it is a very hard decision to make ^^; I know it's been more than a day or three, but I'm making myself sit down now and not do anything else until I've finished writing this post, and thus made my decision @.@
Man I'm bad about decisions! I even was working out the idea in my head of perhaps adapting the plot to her snaring two stallions - although I'm not sure if that would weaken the connection between Lumi and the stallion in question and undermine the eerie almost seduction of her ensarement if it's more of a 'ward' type situation with more than one "project" at a time.
Lemme say now I really like all of the contendors - I think they bring strong aspects to the plot idea, and are very handsome stallions to boot.
((Sorry about the mix-up about the mate vs sibling thing, Amirynth! My bad! XD; )
Ultimately, I keep coming back to Rokhan. I really like his story idea, I really like the trolls as a whole, and I think that that could make for some really neat interactions. And I think it would be really neat to add the complexity of him sharing a breeding with Lumi - either having children before him finding Lurielle and that adding to the difficulty of his decision, OR him escaping with Lurielle when Lumi is pregnant and he isn't aware of this, and this adding to her fury at losing him, adding a dimension to the "woman scorned" and vengeance aspect. Although, as I'm typing this, that could very well be a dimension of having children already as well.
As for after that, what happens with Lurielle - do you have any impressions/ideas? Would Rokhan be drawn back to his mate? What would he do about a hanger-on who's fearful after suddenly being freed and not knowing anyone else in the world?
ALternatively, I really would love to involve Pip as well somehow. There's even the possibility of him arriving a little later in the story - either after Lurielle is freed, or perhaps even beforehand - maybe tying in with the dual-ensarement of the two stallions - but Lumi finding Rokhan first, having woven her influence into him pretty well, maybe even having had foals with him when Pip arrives. That could possibly be a factor in Rokhan breaking away from Lumi's control in seeing her sharing this icy gift of the cold and trying to numb his emotions as well. Between that and likely being very distant with her children could be a breaking point. Alternatively, since Pip IS the angeni of passions, he's drawn to colors, now Lumi's cold absence thereof, this could almost come as a wake-up call as well - Lumi having a hard time ultimately supressing his very nature. Maybe one of them could find Lurielle and confide with the other. I Dunno!
What do you two think of those ideas? smile

I think the idea of Rokhan being snared first and then later on Pip who then can become the catalyst to break him free. Possibly Lumi could target him which brings him to her 'palace' and but then she finds she can't completely hold him 'cause he is an angeni. Pip could have found Lurielle which brings him to his senses and domino effect later and Rokhan breaks free of her clutches. Of course Lumi could be pregnant with Rokhan's kids which then draws out the story later. Also as it was Pip who kinda was the one who broke everything free he'd be suspect to her wrath also...
Just a bit of brainstorming on my side ^-^~ I'm open to anything that'll help the story flow better.

I actually like those ideas! It could even be that Rokhan, feeling a little more than jealous that Lumi would draw Pip in as well, attempts to find Pip to call him out or drive him away... In doing so that's when he finds Pip with the frozen Lurielle? I wouldn't know where to go from there... At least not just yet.

Well I think that those ideas will work out really well - and be more than enough to start with :3
I figure the RP will start with Lumi and Rokhan for a bit at least, enough that he starts feeling special, groomed to be in her presence, etc before Pip arrives?
I really like how these ideas are coming together smile
Would you be up for starting the initial encounter RP, Lolli? Since it will be Lumi that finds Rokhan near her 'palace' - you can set the scene with him up in the mountains/snow?
