Ok, so basically I'm one of the technologically-illiterate people that effs up computer programs because I think I know what I'm doing and then I get cocky andmesseverythingup...

I just need to know what program opens up the neighborhoods in the Sims 2 Double Deluxe game, because i changed it and now I can't figure out what to do... I feel so stupid. Does anyone have the game? I can lead you right to what I need, I just have to change what I did before my sister figures it out. HELP!!!!

Um, SimPe can open up your neighborhoods, but I don't know if that's what your talking about. You can edit everything in your game with SimPe.
