Thuraya felt the tell tale pains again. It wasn't all for the young lioness. "No" she groaned pushing against Amara for support. She was fairly confident that this cub would be the last, her womb felt almost empty she hoped that this would be the last one anyways.
She born down beginning to push. As she pushed she could hear Kifa beginging to give birth to another cub. Perhaps it would be the last ones born. "I want to be done." she whispered. The cub came quickly despite how tired she was, as soon as it left her she knew that that was it, there was no more cubs inside of her. She had done well and it was over.
At the same time that she heard her cub began to mew she could hear another new voice joining the den. Her and Kifa had given birth at the same time, she smiled happily. She looked down to her last cub, a darkly colored girl, she had a lot of her father's markings though. "Isra you are the last." she said in a low voice.
"I am done." she announced to the others in the den.

It was if both lioness were in sick now, they both lurched into labor again, but Kifa wasn't even spending any energy to make cries of pain anymore. She pushed and at the very same time as Thuraya gave birth to another little girl. Just as tiny with big paws as the other two cubs. Kifa could tell it was the last of the cubs, but she was to busy to say anything she concentrated on milk perhaps she could will herself into it. Her shaky paw adjusted the cubs to herself and to her great relief when they latched on she could feel it flowing to them. Kifa sighed happily and tried her best not to pass out. She didn't seem to look concerned for their size. "Im....done as well...." Kifa's voice was low and shaky. "Kwea I did it...I'm not infertile..." She whispered to him in her daze letting out her fear to him. The whole reason she had been acting frightened and unhappy. "They....they look like mommy described." Before she could explain her head flopped she was to tired to talk even though her mouth wanted to run faster than a cheetah.

Kwea smiles lightly, looking between the two tired females. He was worried about the tiny cubs which lay curled up suckling, he could hear, of their first milk. That in itself gave him some encouragement they were strong enough to drink. He steps over Kifa carefully and settles himself between the two new mothers. He looks up at Amara a proud, smug look on his face. Even if Kifas cubs were small, and he worried about their health, he was a father, finally a father.
"Amara, I need you to hunt for a few days." He purses his lips and flickers his ears. "As large as possible Amara, if you can get someone to give you a hand, Kifa will need a few good meals she hasn't been eating as well as Thuraya. And send the young ones in. I will watch them until you come back." He smiles lovingly at Amara a shimmer in those bloody red eyes.
"Theres a good girl." He whispers nuzzling Thurayas ears. "Sleep now. You've done very well Thuraya." Closing his dark eyes he sighs happily. He wouldn't sleep he had to watch Amaras litter while their mother hunted and while Kifa and Thuraya slept. It was a sacrifice he was willing to make to let the new mothers rest.
I'm very proud of you all." He sighs, doubting Kifa could hear anything but still stateing it to the den in general gave him a sense f power and pride. He was a father.

Thuraya was proud as ever. She had given Kwea a large litter five little ones. Now though she was exahusted. She brought the cubs towards her as purred as they latched on. She had good little ones, they were a wonderful blessing. She couldn't wait to let her mother and father know. They would be very proud of her.
"Rest yes rest sounds nice." she whispered feeling her eye lids flutter shut, she didn't want to sleep really she wanted to watch her little ones, they were so new. She alwso wanted to see Kifa's little ones, they were so tiny she hoped that they were alright, she was confused as to why her cubs were so much bigger.
"Thank you Amara." she managed to say before the young lioness drifted into a peaceful sleep no longer able to keep her eyes open. It was a light sleep she could fill each of her cubs and would wake in a second if one of them moved but it was a sleep.

Amara nodded to Kwea's order, realizing she was the only lioness capable of hunting now. Kifa and Thuraya deserved their rest. Amara was so proud of both of them.
"I will return with food," she promised, nuzzling Thuraya softly before stepping away from the lovely blue banu. The soft mewls of cubs filled the air, and the sounds made Amara giddy.
Purring softly at Kwea, she licked his nose before swiftly moving out of the den. She had hungry mouths to feed, and plenty of them.
