Bio:Josh was born into a scientific experiment on human DNA. As such, his own DNA was altered. He was experimented on until the age of about 8, when he escaped thanks to the powers he developed, and is still developing. However, he was captured and put into the slave trade a year later, during the time that slave children were becoming popular. That fad quickly ended, and Josh has been in and out of houses constantly due to the unusual nature of his condition.
Anything else relevant: Due to his genetic alteration, Josh has the ability to generate, absorb, and discharge electricity through his body. This comes with many unseen developments as time goes on and his body further alters itself.
