"The Shadow Sniper" as he is known as, has struck again, using the same tactics he did 10 years ago: using someone else as a scapegoat so he can once again hide in the shadows after his assassination attempt letting someone else be convicted. No one knows who this "Shadow Sniper" is, but detectives everywhere are starting to get clues as to who he is, or maybe its just another one of his old tricks? Only time will tell.
