Role playing is when two or more people take on a personality, trait, actions, and mannerisms that aren't their own in order to act out a scenario, or part of a game, or similar. Think of it as acting. In fact, it >is< acting.

If you think about it, actors take on 'roles' for a movie or a play. 'Role playing' is acting out a role.

So these people are acting out some scene, game, movie, whatever, that they know about and are comfortable doing online. It's actually quite fun with a good group of people.

Wanna rp my other account is under some construction so i'll use this one but im a good rp'er
