Actually mine is a tie between the
XXXG-01SR Gundam Sandrock (Early Version/ Hajime Katoki ver/ EW ver)
XXXG-01S Shenlong Gundam (Early Version/ Hajime Katoki ver/ EW ver)
XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe (Early Version/ Hajime Katoki ver/ EW ver) and lastly the
XXXG-01ST Aqua Shenlong (Also known as Tornado Gundam)(this one is from a spin off called New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Bom-Bom Comics Variations. Which is just changed around suits from Wing like this one is a underwater combat Shenlong with a twin dragon fang and aqua dragon fang. If you want a pic it is Here

It would have to be when Quatra got the Wing Zero from the proffesors and then went rampaging to be stopped by Heero and Trowa in the Vayeate and Mercurius
