	There is a button to upload a sim to the exchange, but not clothes. Why? ):

	Is this Sims 2 or 3? If it is Sims 2 then you can't upload clothes on their own. They have to be part of a Sim. If it is Sims 3 then you have to upload the clothing items from inside CAS. When you create a new clothing design there are three buttons; save, delete and upload. I think the upload one looks like the custom content snowflake. Click on that and it should export your clothing to the Launcher to be uploaded the next time the Launcher is opened.
