I have cleared the site of the evil gremlins that had the site giving those nasty 403 errors. You see because a 403 error really exist because there are 403 different breeds of gremlins in the family that attacked my site. But once I tracked down every last one of them and put an atom bomb inside each one and detonated it, they no longer exist. (Yes, an atom bomb for each one; I like to be sure they won't come back)
