change your sims clothes after they've been created or change their children's clothes since wardrobes and mirrors don't work.

There must be something wrong, wardrobes and mirrors should work. If you're expecting to just HAVE all the clothes like Sims 1, no. You go to a community lot and buy some clothes.

And for toddlers, you use the changing table. Toddlers hair can't be changed with out the toddler mirror from Modthesims2.com or the inSIMenator.

But yes, you can change clothes.

I'll just add an update to this with the knowledge that since OfB was released MAXIS made it possible to change a toddler's appearence at a full length mirror if they are being carried by a parent. Get the parent to carry them then click on the mirror and 'change *toddler's name*'s appearence' should appear.
