Well, it's not that he cheated. It's that someone else cheated and sold or gave him a gift with that botted gold, without his knowledge I believe. Sadly, it happens a lot to innocent people. Any time you sell something on the MP you risk getting botted gold and getting your trading pass disabled until Gaia sorts it out.
I believe he mentioned BG in his title because he originally thought that was the cause of his problem, but then he was able to contact a Mod and find out the real issue.
