Is there a way to report/ban a non-member who posts in your guild. I'd prefer to keep my guild public, but it's also one where we have the potential of having serial spammers.

Report the user to the admins- every post they make if it's spam/abusive. Otherwise, you will have to go private! You can't ban a person if he/she isn't a member, but the admins can take action.

As Rita said, you need to report this person to a higher authority.

Remember to include the links to posts that person has done in your guild. If you habe already deleted them, don't worry - just post the pages where they should be. Omni mods can access deleted posts.

Didn't there used to be a way to do a member search, the person's entry would come up and say 'non-member' and then you could hit 'ban'?
