A: PM your application to zCampaign. Being able to format posts and present ideas in a clear and concise manner are both skills needed of someone who wishes to be a Moderator. Because of this, there is no application format. Make your case, and make it pretty, and you'll likely be accepted.

A: Mostly, you'll just moderate the forums, answer questions, delete offensive posts, and resolve disputes. If you notice a question being asked a lot, make an FAQ thread, like this one.
