I think he means play Tiles. And he means play the Aquarium deck on hard. I'm not sure why he says bring 50 tickets... Tiles doesn't need tickets. Or maybe he means reset the game when you win 50 tickets.

I think he means stop playing once you've won 50 tickets. Because as you play you can either keep your winnings or risk them all. So he means keep the winnings at 50 tickets, and reset the game, and keep playing.

And by a glass he means buying the expression glasses which are 3500 tickets at prize and joy. So once you've won 3500 tickets you buy the glasses that are worth the most on the marketplace, then sell them on the market.
