How about a "picture taking service"?
Kinda like when people go on vacation and have their picture taken on the roller coaster. (Only with a chance of animated attack and dazing instead of flies and sour candy leftovers...)
They could arrange payment in GC zOMG merch, which could be handled through the guild (kinda like the middle man) who could then assign a photographer, who would in turn follow a crew and arrange screenies for them.

Idea spots would be in boss lairs, mock weddings, etc.
(Optional, extra fee, service would be snapping screenies at random spawns of Landy, BuzzKill, etc! Some 'photographers' could be available for emergency call out, others might just be on site to offer the screen sales to participants after the spawn.)

For a higher fee we could even do small video grabs and make them available...

(I would be willing to take screenies, but I'm not sure where to put them up or anything... )

Everyone can take Screen Caps, though.
So I don't really see much demand for this feature...

Yeah, with no need to have someone physically holding the camera, and with the ease of screen capping, there's not really much of a market for it.

Video services might be more demanded, especially if the person could edit it into a clear view as high a resolution as possible, edit in some basic sounds and such, and other editing stuff.
