It's a Michael Connelly book.

I thought it was really interesting--it's got aliens, bible references, the apocalypse...

I'm trying not to give it away XD. But think cool version of scientology-ish.

Though the cover bothered me.

Yeahh, cool book.

But like, you know the rain was supposed to be silvery bluish.

So why is the cover gold and red-toned?

I wonder why they did that, though. Because aren't they supposed to go through a lot of quality control and design?
