Sorry, I fail at these things.
Anyway.
I won Windsor in the EI raffle a while back.
Recently in the dropoffs I saw a CYO plushie with her wingedits.
I thought mutant-drawn wings and other such things were unique?
I mean, I know Windsor's offspring will likely have reused-edits.
But other than that? >A>

Yeah I noticed the same and it baffled me too.
I don' think they are widely available but you should ask the colourist.

Hmm...
Maybe they're being made into a Wing template for winds?
I looked up Windsor's cert and it only says Wind cosplay on the bottom (Nothing about mutant), just like it only says Wind on the plushies?
I don't know, really. D:

They are premade edits.
I made them stock ages ago, but due to running away from my father's house, I lost them for awhile.
They are not unique lines, sorry.
