I dont understand this

the only military BAR's out there are NFA weapons and extremely scarce.

you can get a hold of a class 3 select fire FAL or a G3 for thousands cheaper. both of which I would consider to be improvements

even a semi auto FAL or PTR91 would be an improvement.
