I currently own Dreamweaver CS4, it does a great job to set up website layouts and all. Dreamweaver has a View for Coding from scratch, Split (Design as you see the code) and design(Which is design without seeing the code as you go). For those who have seen/worked dreamweaver should know what I am talking about.
Sadly, I can only design when I'm doing an HTML document. When I start a new CSS document, I only have the option to code it from scratch.
I would like a program that I can set up my CSS layouts, not having to do it all from scratch.
Does anyone know a program that does that job?
