Please do not update your title with anything other than the name of your character, with the exception of anything below which states otherwise. Changing your own title to "Pending" or "Accepted" may get you into trouble and may get you kicked from the guild if it continues to happen. The crew will come around to your profile and edit it to say any of the following:
"Needs Editing" which means you must edit what the crew has asked you to edit.
"Edited" or "Needs Crew Review" is something you can edit the title to say whenever you've edited the problem a crew member has asked of you and want them to look over it.
"Pending", this means that (when the sorting hat has opened for first year sorting) you must go on the journey to the sorting hat. The journey typically begins at Hogsmeade Station where the Keeper of the Keys, Games and Grounds will be waiting to guide you forward.
"Needs to Sign Rules" or anything to that effect mean that you must sign the rules before any further action is taken.
"Needs LoK" means that you still haven't posted a List of Knowledge to your profile. This is how you keep track of all the things that you have learned each year and is mandatory. You are in charge of updating the list as you learn each item on the list.
"Accepted" which means everything above has been done accordingly.
"Upcoming Deletion", placed on "Needs Editing" profiles that have not updated the issue with their profile. This only occurs when there has been a lengthy time given.
"Needs Deleting" is something that you, the guild member, may place on your character's title area to tell the crew member in charge deleting characters that you would like to remove your character from the roleplay and into the Whomping Willow. In this case, please speak to that crew member to discuss the reasons why, etc.
"Denied" is a rare case in which the person has blatantly refused to update their profile, argued with crew, or have broken the rules on many occasions. This character will be removed from the subforum and placed into the Whomping Willow subforum.
"Inactive", which means the character has dropped from the guild without telling the inactivity crew member. Telling the inactivity crew member is the best way to avoid going inactive and being removed from the guild.
