[ log/JRP/FIN ] A sight for sore eyes [ Nyoka x Nyseusi ]

The sun had hung high and she was out again. Much to Nanashi's dislike. He knew she could stop and be steadfast on the matters of the pride. This time she had two guards with her. Hanging one in front and one way far behind as to not disturb her. A very slick view as she made it on top of a hilly rock form far away from the pride. Her henchman lingering in the high grasses. Unlike their home land. She had found a handfull of her previous life's people. The pride she was previously in, lead by a lion and a cheetah in hand. It was a magnificently devestaging accomplishment to have found the hand full but she always hoped to find more. But only the ones that were loyal.

It was a hard hard time as she watched out at all times of the day for a sign. Her tail whipped back and fore as she watched in waiting.. Ears pinned back and her eyes sharp across the way. One of her guards gave a calling.. so she turned to look his way and in the process saw a sight which made her guards become ready.

The black cheetah had heard about this new pride through his travels, it has been long since he has seen her, the boss lady she is now called. His black plet made him stand out like a sore thumb; he has heard many names that others have called him; they all pertained to his look. But it did fit with his personality. He just hoped his old friend has not forgotten him and His ruby red eyes.

He could smell her sent, she was near, he could never forget a face, a friend. It was hard for him to make friends, actually he never made any; well except in his cubhood. Now he was a theif, he didnt like that word he much liked scammer.

As he approached he noticed the other two, well this should be fun he thought.

She watched as he grew near and a with a soft pat to the ground. The guards filtered in and one drew around the back and one in front almost instantly. If he ran- they'd track him down. While she sat there watching and even slightly stood more straight and her eyes directly on him. When the smell of his scent flowed in to her nostrils. Somehow. It felt easily swayed in a familiar direction.

But she never knew for sure. So she waited to see if he ran or tried to draw even more near. Then another tap from her paw made them stop in their tracks and stayed put in their positions... As if modeling of stones.

The coal black cheetah kept his eyes mostly to the ground as he continued to walk. He couldn't help but smerk as the escorts bended to her whims. He grew closer, he knew he looked weaker, but he was smart, Cunning, coniving. He close enough now to where he simply sat and looked up at the female.

His ruby red eyes glared directly into the eyes of his old friend, the years have been kind to her. She has grown into a beautiful cheetah since he has last seen her. "Hello dear friend." His tone was sincerly warm and inviting but behind it lied his tone of a 'cons-man'. "It has been many years." He smiled.

"Too long- it has been. Nyseusi." One guard looked up to her questioning her, as the other watched the male with eager eyes to attack at any moment. If the order was given, and Nyoka sat there was a soft smile.. she was pregnant was the sweet dearing friend introduction was a nice compliment. She gave a nod to him, then swayed her paw slightly for the guards to move back.

"The rogue-lands have not changed you neither hm? You- a sight for sore eyes my friend." One of the only males that she had be-friended from such a heavily sinful bunch. He wasn't a rogue- he was around her same age and they had been together since then. Sadly- she had found him a tad too late and maybe was the reaosn why she felt attracted to Nanashi. For his dark pelt. A sight.. "How is looking for a home since the great seperation." A smirk.

Nyeusi smiled as he walked closer to Nyoka giving the guard a face of victory. "The place is not what changes someone, but the treasures it holds." He bowed his head at Nyoka showing his respect for her newly honorably high position. It was true, he was not changed but only in apperance, the items and uch he has gathered from his travels had changed him, but you can nevr change a con man.

"I dont tend to settle for reason of which you should know" he smiled, "my skills have only but grown sinc you have last seen me." it was obvious that he could never stay in one place to long. That was the down side of theiving others out of there possessions. It was a dangerous trade, but a trade he loved. "But i do see a home that you have created, i am quite fascinated." His tone was chaming spoken like a gentlemen. "You have done very well for your self." He sat face to face with his old friend.

"Only because I made a pride? Please don't think such little of me." Heightening herself to look taller when it was just that she had straightened her back. Up front, she was much shorter than a full grown cheetah. "If your skills have heightened.. maybe I shall extend a hand to feed you~" Not real food but maybe a safe haven. Then some food.

"Are you hungry?" A smirk with her tail whipping from one side to another.

"I would never think so little of a friend and now the leader of a pride." A smirk grew across his face, he couldn't help but remember the old times they shared together. Sometimes he regreted leaving her and the pride... only sometime though, other times he believed it to be the best decision he ever made.

He nodded, "Some food would be delightful." He actually hungry but he couldn't turn down an invatation from an old and dear friend. No no that would be rude.

She gave the turn to her head as she still stared at the male. Tapping her paw with a slight nod. Then the guards were gone within a flash.. and it was a bit relieving. This was business or so they thought. Then slowly she made her way up to him. Going nose to nose with some trouble since she was short.

"You heard of my pride~ and I also hear that my sister has rose her own pride. I guess we were just born leaders." A slight joke. "Hetal~ the odd one out hm?" Then slowly she circled him. "You know.. I was saddened by your leave- it had just added to the hatred I felt for the pride. Thats when I truely felt alone, when you left." Her voice was soft, and hinting on pity but she wouldn't admit it.

"Ah yes, i have heard of that pride; but i would much rather be in this one." A devilish smirk grew across his face. He never stopped loving her, she wa the only female that ever got close, the only one who accepted hom for him. He could never forget that. But he would nevr let her know how deeply the feelings still rain through his veins.

However, is smiled slowly faded. "You know the reasons i left, i would have surely been killed, stealing was punishable." He remembered the day, the slight pain he felt when he left such beauty behind, but it was safer for her there in the pride lands, he didnt have a choice, if she got caught with him she would have been punished too.

"As if it was such a burden to stay and get punished?" She laughed in coy. Another tap would make them whirl around and stand in a readily position. "In my pride.. dear Nyseusi? I don't think you the type to be held down in a pride.. especially one that would use your skills and as such- having to RETURN to the pride." Flicking her tail back and forth while examining him. Yes that definate scent he gave off. It was a perfect match.. he was the one whom stayed with her and helped her through a lot of the storm.

"To be held down..like one says." Her paw rose to her chest as she shook her head softly. "I wouldn't think you'd be devoted. These are serious steps.. and I would not tolerate having someone stealing something of mine.. even if it was an old ~~~~friend.~~~" This all was in a rather playful manner. She wasn't really accusing him but it was all apart of her game to plant the seed in others minds. It was apart of the plan to act distraught. Though really, she was back then but not now

"Perhaps i have a reason to stay in this pride." A smile grew across his face, he looked over Nyoka a beauty that hurt to leave behind. "What would you use my skills for, if i did decide to stay?" Nyeusi knew his mind was made up but he found it rather entertain to mess around with Nyoka. He was going to stay he didnt want to lose somthing like her again.

"I was never held down while i was with you." His spoke with such charm and every word was as genuine as the first. He was rather taken aback at the accusation. "Why my dear Nyoka i would never steal from you," a smirk grew as he continued. "Well again i mean." He chuckeld at the rememberance of them when they were younger, the first day they met he stole something of hers. "But i gave it back, by force." Even when she was young he knew Nyoka was born to be a leader, and shes done it.

"A reason." She said plainly and shook her head with another sigh, then looked away for a moment. "Such a skill can be harnest and uses but.." A laugh at the memory of HIM stealing from her.. Oh was it fun to get it back. But angry at first bite. She still had the necklace, but it was around her daughter's neck now. "I need loyal members.. once that don't go awol.. or leave unexpectedily.. and if they don't they are rewarded with a home.. a lifestyle like no other.. ~" A tap again revealed one of her guards running off some place in a hurry.

She knew his game pieces were getting allianed so she made it hastey to then go and snatch a blindfold of new prey skin. As so he wouldn't regnozie the scent of going in to the pride. "Your skills- will likely be used to~" A soft chuckle. "Well thats a secret." Leaning forward as she went to walk up to him.. a smirk on her face.

"Perhaps the only reason i never stay was because i never had someone or something to keep me company." He stepped closr to her, they were nose to nose. His tail flicked back and forth. Maybe we can work out a compromise... If i stay i can train others to steal for you, your majesty. He spoke those last two word with a bit of scarcasim. "As you know i am getting older and i must say i am not a quick as i used to be, let just say i am past my prime, and i do believe it is time i settle down. And what better place then in the pride of an old friend? He smiled, "So my dear Nyoka what do you say to that? He let his ruby red eyes stare into hers waiting for her response.

The cheetah was speculating what was really happening but she could tell when he was lying because he had lied often in their prior pride. But stealing from a lion leader was like signing your own death. She knew that deep down he had to leave. She just hoped that if he were to join her... that he wouldn't do the same. She looked away.. making it so they weren't nose to nose anymore. A blush settled on the cheeks of the female. It was then she noticed how quite she had became with his words.

A moment pasted as her heart was beating with harder thuds and the pain surged through her stomach and in to her jaw. It was a weird feeling but painful at once.. Hissing softly at her own body.. she was carrying and maybe wasn't as attractive as before- certain a nusisence. "As long as you don't steal from me.. and able to show others such a deal. I will let you come ~home~." She said the word with a familiar softness like a mother. One that carried deeply and wanted her 'son' home soon. But now it was to an old friend. "You owe me for this.." Eyeing him now. A stricken overwelming power to her.

He smiled jut as charming as before, but this was genuine. He never had to put on a fake act to please Nyoka. "Well then, shall we go ~home~" He moked her tone in a friendly way. As he looked down upon her with a smile as he began walking only a few steps befor turning and looking at the pridal leader. "Well hat are you waiting for?" He chuckled a little.

When he started to walk in a direction different from the pride. She couldn't help but giggle softly. "I am waiting for-" She didn't even get done before her guard flung himself for his pride leader and on to the male in a tackle roll. It would seem like it was a death roll before having knocked his head on the ground. Not one to die of course. They were handled in the skill of getting others unconcious. It was an art... As she watched the dirt kick up and puff out.. Her eyes narrowed then she walked in..

Revealing below her and next to her paws was her crush right below her. Having the male do this in such a swift way. She gave him a smile and nod before the other came back with the pelt. "Get him ready." She commented in a softer tone before they went to work and little to no time after.. Cuold hear them dragging the lifeless body away.
