This is actually two questions, but they're both short and concern the Trading Post so I figured it'd be easier to just make one post...
1. Are Dream Catcher accessories going to be available to buy at the shops in the Trading Post soon? I just ask because they've been "coming soon" in all the shops for a long time now -- I don't think they've ever been available...
2. Can we have items our soquili already own recoloured? For example, if a pony I get from a breeding is born with items (therefor I wouldn't have an uncert without any items), but I want to change the color of the item it came with -- is that allowed?

1. Manda actually allows dreamcatchers as options in her shop, it seems we're allowed to do that now, so all colourists can do dreamcatchers in their item shops. . .. So yeah!
2. With this, we decided that it would be whatever the colourist you're trying to get this re-do feels. It'll be up to their discretion if they are willing to do recolours or not, and even if they have the item. Only original Trading post items will be available.
