She enjoyed duels, she enjoyed them a lot and she was looking forward to this duel with her nephew that was set up not that long ago. she was glad to find some one who was willing to duel with her. This would be the second time that she dueled with her nephew and it was nice to find duels amongst family. To her it was some of the best kind of duels she enjoyed them a lot.
She paused and sat down in the dueling ring. She was wondering where the male was, he was old enough to get here on time! She wiggled her toes in the sand and thought to herself what her plans were for once she got home later during the night. After this she was going to have to go home and check on her cubs, but for now it was dueling time. Of course once the male got there. She hoped that he was going to come soon.

 Huojin had gladly accepted another dual with his aunt Azar. a grin was on his face from excitement as he made his entrance. he gave his aunt a nod before he spoke. " Ready?" standing proudly, he figured his lost against her last time sucked but he had learned alot. tail lashing about, he waited for her to start as he held alot of respect for his aunt since their first dual together.

Azar was glad to see the male wander up to her she had been excited for this duel, then again when was she not excited for a duel. She nodded at the male and then she started to pace around him. "Come on, you first." She grinned as she started to pace around him she flicked her tail around her a few times as she did she could feel the excitement more and more. her blood was pumping she loved when she could duel. This was going to be amazing.

Huojin's heart started to race with excitement as he watched her pace around him. he defiantly was determined to show her what he had learned since their last dual. " as you wish." a big grin was on his face as he bides his time before making his first move. this time he wanted to take his time before doing anything since he felt he made a bad mistake in being too bullheaded in their last dual. so for the moment he kept his eyes on her every movement and waited for a good opportunity.

Azar watched him curiously slightly wondering what was going on in that mind of his,he hadn't attacked yet even though she gave him the chance. There had been very few times where she had given some one the chance to attack her however on the other hand she didn't want to be stupid and just flat out attack right away. She wasn't going to do that, that wasn't how she worked, she wanted to take her time with this she wasn't about to lose this because of one stupid move.

Huojin flicked his ears back when he realized nether where going to attack anytime soon. his heart raced as he decided it was no or never to get this dual started since they both had yet to attempt to strike the first blow. stopping in place, he left out a snarl before taking a vicious claw swip at her. but he missed his target to try to get things moving without opening himself too much.

Both her and her nephew must have had the same thing on his mind because as he started to move toward her she decided to head toward him in the same direction she had the same idea in mind, he wasn't attacking and it was starting to annoy her a lot and she thought it would be her best bet to attack him instead of standing around and doing nothing.
She darted forward and attempted to whack the male on the side but as she moviedt oward him he moved too and she was caught off guard and missed his side. Even though she was pretty frustrated she couldn't help but to laugh, she really couldn't help it. She found this stand still very amusing. "We both seem to be off our games." She chuckled a large grin on her face.

(LOL they keep missing...........xD)
Houjin had leaped and took a swip at his aunt that missed when she almost got his side. he couldn't help but start laughing at how their dual was going at the moment. they ether kept biding their time or they missed one another when they finally did attack. " we most definatly have to be off our game if the dual keeps going this way." snickering, he shook his head with amusement before getting back to being serious. "lets hope the whole dual isn't like this." now grinning, he was tense before but now he was loosening up.

Azar snickered herself she couldn't help it but it was pretty true, This duel really wasn't going anywhere they were just missing and that was all to it. It annoyed her a little really but she couldn't take it too seriously either she needed to keep a some what good humor herself and for that matter right now it was one of the moments.
She looked at him and then nodded her own smirk disappeared before she charged the male. It was easy to miss with a paw however if you slammed your whole body into some one that was a little harder to miss. She smirked and moved her shoulder to the side to get better aim at the male as she did she felt the impact of herself on the lion's hind quaters, she didn't want to hurt him but then again he was a little bigger he should have been able to handle it better then she could have.

Huojin was about to launch his own attack but failed miserably when he was caught off guard by his aunt's attack. he had not expected his aunt to slam into him which effectively knocked him off balance and to the ground. growling loudly, he scrambled to get back to his feet quickly as he now was unguarded and he sure as hell didn't like it. it seemed he needed to learn alot more when it came to dueling since it seemed he kept making mistakes and losing.

Azar knew she had him now as she found him on the ground, she knew this was her chance once again. She reached her paw out and then slapped it into the male's side, she knew after a strike like that and being next to him one of her best ideas was to quickly move out of the way before he could get a strike on her face.
She blinked before dodging her way out of the way. She made sure to keep herself light on her feet. She flicked her tail around behind her a few times a grin was on her face.

Huojin snarled and tried to quickly at lest his her once. sadly he failed in his attempt to get one last shot in at his aunt, since she seemed to be a lot faster than he was. he couldn't help but start laughing at himself and how he failed so miserably in this dual. " i think i need a lot more training if i ever want to be on par with you aunt Azar." despite losing to a female, he was in good humor as his aunt had shown him once before that a female should not be underestimated even though he would like to believe males are better than females.

Azar chuckled some before she wandered over to the male and nodded to him then nudged him in a friendly way. She then nodded to him. "You've improved a lot!" Even though for a good amount of the duel no paws were placed on each other she could still see the improvement he had. She pawed at him with a small chuckle before pawing at him. "We will have to do this again!" She giggled at the idea it was true she loved dueling and with family it was even more fun.
