Cody was the son of a man who owns a high end technology corporation that makes robotics that have helped create most mechs to date. Cody grew up with machines but something that had happened to him when he was 10 was that he lost his arm in a car accident that took away his mother and his right arm. He underwent an operation that allowed for him to use a robotic prosthetic arm, and even since, he had to have it worked on to upgrade it so that it would match his growing body till he stopped growing. Its made of high strength metal that is also light weight but he keeps it hidden by usually always wearing a jacket and gloves to keep people from seeing his arm. He joined the academy because he was able to build his own personal mech that he wants perfect using so he joined the academy.
His mech is also special because it has three transformations:
- Humanoid
- Hover
- Flight/Submarine
