He's just a troll. I've seen people use that link before too, so that no matter who you are if you have an account it redirects to your page and looks like he's linking to you specifically. They just do it for the reactions and the attention it gives them. If he's trolling you more now it's likely because you dignified his initial post with a response. You can and probably should report him, but I can't say that it will do much good.

Get a FA account. It's a little better there. wink

Sadly DA's mods are lazy bastards and don't really do anything about the degenerates of DA's society (/me has been trying to get them to do something about them for a long time now).
