Perhaps its one of those images where if you stare at it long enough, another image is going to appear.

It's a QR code. Basically your webcam can scan it or your phone's camera normally can scan the image. It usually holds information like a link to a website or whatever the user wants the code to hold. Alot of the magazines are doing this now. You will be flipping through the pages and then see this. It's just a code. So scan it and have fun finding out what information is there.

What he meant by scan is you hold the image up to the webcam and it will automatically decode it. Or if you have a fancy phone you can do the same thing hold it up to the image. Or if you can't do that then use google to search on how you can do it without scanning.
