Well now my sister is freaked, she's put down the blinds over the windows in the door and rigged the sliding door so Cara can't open it.

Luckily haven't seen the crazy lady at all

Unless she's part of some neighborhood watch thing or something, the next time she tries to pull a stunt like that, I'd answer the door with a shotgun.

Not loaded, of course, (because of the kids...) but she wouldn't know that.
But I can get away with that were I live.

It just seems really shady and if you have problems with it in the future, I'd contact the police or something about her snooping about.
