Noah yawned as he made his way to the quidditch pitch, Charlotte at his side. He had woken up before sunrise to see if he could catch sight of a mooncalf herd that had been spotted a few times near the castle. He had missed any of the dancing bits, but he had managed a glance at them heading back toward the Forbidden Forest. He’d call that a win for now.

Of course, it was only after he’d gotten back to the castle that he remembered quidditch try-outs were today and he sort of regretted the lack of sleep. However, upon approach he noticed that the Olsens hadn’t even shown up, it seemed likely that he wasn’t the only one having a sleepy day.

Noah yawned again and sat down on the grass. Charlotte stretched so that they were eye to eye. Her eyes just happened to be upside down. “Seems a bit excessive,” he said, looking her over. He couldn’t even understand how her body could do that.

“My back hurts, okay,” she whined. “Not all of us have your posture mate,” Charlotte said

“I do have pretty good posture,” he said with a smile.

Archie and Persephone raced to the pitch at full speed. Archie had had to go one of Persephone’s roommates to wake her up after he hadn’t seen a sign of her all morning. All because she decided to sleep in. She didn’t even have a good reason. He should’ve just left her behind.

They came to a stop and Persephone flopped down on the ground to try to catch her breath. Archie had barely let her breathe. “We’re here!” He shouted, as though they hadn’t been noticed by the whole team.
