- As Saar froze so did Nyoge, his expression wary. His brows lifted as Saar turned slowly to look at him, a rather crazed look in his eyes. At least, it seemed more crazed to Nyoge than it normally was. He bared his teeth, just to give light warning to his companion. Confusion flickered over his features the closer Saar came to his face, but he didn't move away. He wasn't really afraid of Saar, though perhaps he should have had better sense to be so. When you were batshit crazy you were liable to do the unexpected, and that could mean murder. Best friend or not. It seemed almost more likely than the careful planning of someone's demise, at least right in this moment as Nyoge's bright green eyes stared into Saar's. As Saar's paw suddenly came to poke Nyoge in the nose the tension seemed to break, and Nyoge let out a slow breath he hadn't been realizing he was holding. He snarled at the other, not amused.
After shoving the other he began to follow the female up onto the large bones, ears flicking at her words. He found himself cackling at them, though they were meant to be a warning. He was amused by them. Hyena's never made great snacks, too much consumption of rotting flesh. At least, this was how Nyoge felt. "Well, either way we'd be good for the pack then... hmm?" He joked, glancing back to make sure Saar wasn't wandering off.
This was just the beginning, soon Nyoge would amount to something. He had to, otherwise his life would be meaningless... wouldn't it? Here was his start, his beginning.
