1. Follow the skeleton, I am very picky and can be easily annoyed when simple things aren't followed.
2. No over powered characters or weapons
3. Only two characters a person
4. Everyone has shikai and bankai on there profile, but not everyone can use it, it must be specified whether your character can or cannot use it
5. Profiles must be approved by me before use. the * sign shows that a profile has been approved and it will be posted.
