I'm looking for people to join my fallout rp

I'm looking for people to do a Fallout RP with. The RP will include leveling up, d20-based PnP roleplaying, skills, perks, advanced story telling, and dungeon mastering.

The Fallout RP will take place in either these three areas:

Where Fallout 1, 2 and New Vegas take place (The Mojave Wasteland)
The Midwest AKA Chicago (The Chicago Wasteland)
Where Fallout 3 takes place (The Capital Wasteland)

You could call Chicago the Windy Wasteland. Sounds catchier

I thought about calling it that, and I didn't think it was that catchy. I was going to have a Three Dog clone since Chicago is pretty famous for it's radio shows and have the guy call it the windy wasteland, but the prominent name is the Chicago Wasteland, since the area around Chicago is called the Chicagoland.

I wouldn't mind going through the Capital Wasteland. I'm still trying to figure out if I can play as a ghoul or not. Although I would play one here.
