Bug Out Bag ideas

I picked up a small backpack from Bimart. Right now it's mostly going to be used for college but as a backup it will be a bug out bag. Since it will be used for college I will not load it with guns or ammo.

I currently have the following:
Pocket Knife (may remove if college has a problem)
Lighter
Water Proof match kit in case something happens to the lighter
Inhaler since I have asthma. sad
Water Proof Earplugs if I have to shoot I want hearing protection.
Clip on water bottle (the backpack has two holders for 20 oz bottles but ******** that I jury rigged a clip on a one quart bottle to clip onto a loop)

To Add
Flashlight (Already know what one I want)
Compass
Small plastic jar of tinder
Medical Supplies

Should I go ahead and add two 20 oz bottles to the kit? What else should I add?

Fire Piston or Fire Steel in case something happens to the Matches? XD

Maybe something like a small box cutter so your not taking out a big knife in public, or better yet a multi tool like a Swiss army instead. o3o

lol third backup for fire. The pocket knife I have stored in my bag is pretty good. The blade is sharp enough to use for a utility knife but not very pointy so stabbing isn't effective. I don't really want a box cutter because the blades are pretty flimsy and this utility kit stuff is for survival in the forest. The swiss army knife/multi tool is a good idea. I've got another pocket dedicated to various pens and stuff I need for class.

Yeah I forgot to add that of the list to add. Under the main compartment there's a pack I can fill with some basic medical supplies.

Yeah there's no room in/on my bag for a rifle and if I decide to bring a handgun I'll bring my holster.
