You will enter the army as a "Recruit". By completing missions and proving your mettle, you will climb in rank.

Please note that while dissent is considered treason and therefore punishable by death, you are free to join different sections of the military. All presented below are options for you. Choose wisely.

The Legion: The Legion seeks to maintain stability throughout Gaitt and have faithfully served the Empire for hundreds of years. Legionnaires are more suited to combat situations than the other areas, but lack subtlety.

The Assassin's Guild: While not an official part of the Empire's military, the assassins are frequently called on to conduct undercover and low-profile missions. They work best in small, elite groups.

Imperial Reserve Army: This branch of the military is only called in the event that the Legion cannot handle a pressing threat to the Empire. Soldiers in this division are not as combat-honed as the Legion, but they can hold their own in most situations. The Reserve Army also handles smaller situations that do not require immediate attention from the Legion.
