This thread is for posting anything that is not direct story text.
In other words, its for planning, out of character comments, character creation, plot developement, and anything else that is relevant to writing the story.

Now, getting to the story itself.
This RP is a fantasy Role Play set in the vast and chaotic land of Valsaren. Much like the lands of Earth, Valsaren has many environmnts, ranging from volcanoes and mountains, to plains and forrests. There are swamps, tundras, deserts and bogs. And no place is barren of life. Each biome has may creatures, both hostle and helpful. However it is up to the Heros to figure out which is which, and act accordingly.

There is not set list of creatures in Valsaren, the scientific community at the University of Gol'ransava is just begining to catalouge the lands inhabitants, so feel free to add a few to their works. Just be sure that the ceatures you add are believable, even Legends have their limits...so if you want to submit a creature, add it here. Then when, or if it is approved, post it in the Catalouge of Creatures.

Once the first few heros are named, the story will begin in the Capital of Valsaren, The City of Gol'ransava, where our first hero has just been exiled and will begin his search for friends and followers.

As for plot, Tamwyn, our first character, is the heir to the kingdom of Valsaren. However, he has grown weary of the corruption and political games of the courts. After several attempts to make his oppinion known to the king, his father, The Kings advisor exiled him for attempting to corrupt the mind of the king. Now he prepares to leave the City and earn his place in the kingdom.

Now thats done i can start with the logistics of the RP.

Here is the Character Profile you need to fill out to join...its legnthy, but it makes life Sooooo much easier in the long haul.

Name: Your Character’s name
Race: What race is your character? Human, ork, elf, half elf, dwarf, gnome, goblin, you name it…you may possibly be able to be it.
Home Nation: What nation is your character from?…for now Gol’ransava is the only option.
Home City: What city are you from in your nation?
Age: How old is your character?
Gender: what gender is your character?
Alignment: Good or bad…that’s your choice…and that’s it
Height: How tall (in Imperial standards, i.e. feet and inches) is your character
Weight: How much does your character weigh (in pounds)
Eye Color: Character’s eye color>…think about this carefully…it may be important.
Hair Color: character’s hair color?
Facial Hair: does your character have facial hair…if so, describe it…attach a pic if you have to.
Scalp Hair Length: How long is the hair on your characters head…give a range if you must.
Build: How is your characters physical build? Tall, short, heavy, lean, skinny, fat? You tell me…
Skin tone: I don’t care if your politically correct or not…but what skin tone is your character.

Weaknesses(w) and Fears(f): Three (3) of each. Be real and make your character believable…the difference between weakness and fear, fear is a “don’t like” weakness is something that will cause your death or down-fall

Distinguishing Characteristics: What makes your character unique? Scars, tattoos, piercings, accents, hair styles (facial or otherwise), odors, or other markings.

Skills: anything your character is good at, graded by (poor, fair, excellent)

Bio: Give us a short background history of your character. All the major events of their life and what makes them who they are…how did they get to where you are introducing them…

Personality: if someone were to describe your character…what would they say? Put that here.

Weapons: What weapons does your character own, pretty self explanatory…but be believable...in both skill and weight/space consumption

Profession: What does your character do to earn coin….how do they support their life style, or best put…how do they pay the bills
