Well, I've been doing a lot of meditation practices with energy, and while I can gather and center quite well, I've had some trouble grounding at the end, which leaves me with a head ache most times. After talking with my dear friend, we decided that I had gotten ahead of myself. I'm currently at breathing exercises and meditation.

I'd like to know of any possible exercises anyone could share, possibly to help me gather my thoughts and emotions. Also, any advice on healing, in any form, would be wonderful. I'm coming to learn that I have a healers touch, and so I would like to look into that path.

Why do you meditate? Like, what's your goal?

I meditate for inner peace and to calm my spirit.

I'm a faily passive person, but I find myself struggling with a lot of rage these days, so I'm trying to work through it.

I also use meditation to work through problems, try and find solutions and such, The occasional attempt at comunion with Hecate, with limited results.

Well if you're using it to suppress rage, that might be why you end up with excess energy. Try going for a run instead.

I run daily as part of my exersize routine. Trying to get into boxing, but I can't really get into the sport.

Tennis and swimming. Those are my sports. I'm built for football, but I'm really not a fan. Not a fan at all...

Turn your running/swimming into a meditation. Meditation doesn't actually have to be the stereotypical sitting still you always see. As long as you can clear your mind, you'll be fine.
